To promote the collaborative development of the Ultra High Definition Video Industry Alliance (UWA), the World Ultra High Definition Video Industry Alliance has established, with the support of relevant departments, a special task group for the "Cities with Thousands of Screens" technical standards, responsible for formulating relevant technical criteria. As a member of UWA, Mightary was invited to collaborate with industry institutions and renowned enterprises such as the China Electronics Standardization Institute, the National Key Laboratory of Ultra High Definition Video and Audio Production, Presentation and Broadcasting of China Media Group, Huawei, and BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd., in jointly formulating the "Technical Requirements for Public Display Screen Systems (Outdoor) in the Ultra High Definition Video and Audio Broadcasting System under the 'Cities with Thousands of Screens' Initiative."
During the formulation process, Mightary actively fulfilled its responsibilities as a state-owned enterprise, integrating its long-standing technical standards and quality requirements. The aim was to expand ultra-high-definition application scenarios through technological integration and construct a brand-new ultra-high-definition visual experience. This standard systematically and comprehensively regulates the technology of outdoor public display screen systems under the "Cities with Thousands of Screens" initiative, providing a standard basis for the technical approach of "bringing 4K into homes and 8K into public places." It helps large screens in public venues better showcase the picture quality of ultra-high-definition videos, accelerates the implementation of the "Cities with Thousands of Screens" project, and is of great significance in driving the professional and standardized development of China's ultra-high-definition video industry.
As the "Cities with Thousands of Screens" initiative progresses, Mightary continues to create visual spectacles with high-definition large screens in business districts, public transportation hubs, cultural venues, and popular landmarks across major cities in China.
